I signed up for the £2.50 a month, pay £132 line rental fee up front and receive a £100 amazon voucher after 3 months. I signed up via the phone and also mentioned it several times over the call, and was assured an email would just pop into my account after 3 months. After only being billed £6 and then $17 in my first month I rang up to query it yesterday and was told I was signed up for the monthly deal, and that there was now nothing I could do about it, that I could pay the 12 month fee and make a slight saving, but that I had 'lost out' on the voucher. I was on the phone for 40 minutes at lunch time, and 40 minutes in the evening to no avail, I can't even cancel the contract, as I am outside the 14 day cooling off period (when I hadn't had any payments taken so how could I know!?!) Even the EE lady on the phone got passed around departments and agreed it wasn't anything I could have done.... Have emailed MSE, as this deal is a JOKE and costs extra not less.....soooo fed up with it, not what you need when you've just moved into a new house and are incurring expenses all over the place. I have EE mobile too and I just want out of it all....phew ranting...sorry! Oh and the customer care/complaint department at EE can only be contacted by snall mail apparently, she could not give and email or phone number...

    Hi VBfree

Sorry to hear you had a lot of issues yesterday.

I have asked MSE to contact you privately to gather some personal information so we can pass this on to EE to resolve this directly.

Sorry again for the issues you have experienced.

    Thank you

  • Hi Jade,

I'm having the same issue plus i have emailed you. Still no reply from yourself or affiliate. Every single week now for the past 4 weeks I have tried to contact these people without any luck.

I would personally advice future EE Broadband customer to use cash back site as Affiliate window or MSE or what they call them self are pretty useless.

Affiliate Window aren't a cashback site, they are one of a number of platforms that ALL the cashback sites use to provide their services.

The cashback sites all need to deal with Affiliate Window and their equivalents.

So MSE now works as a message-handler for EE does it?

I wonder if Martin Lewis knows?
Time has moved on (much quicker than it used to - or so it seems at my age) and my previous advice on residential telephony has been or is now gradually being overtaken by changes in the retail market. Hence, I have now deleted links to my previous 'pearls of wisdom'. I sincerely hope they helped save some of you money.

    Hi Heinz

As we are signed up as a member it does not give us accessibility to contact other forum members directly. To help customers have their issues dealt with quickly MSE have agreed to contact forum members and provide them with direct contact information for us so we can deal with their queries as quickly as possible.

If you are having an issue with this offer please feel free to contact eevouchers@affiliatewindow.com

    Thanks
