I left scottish power as there service is attrocious. i still havent had a correct final bill, as they rejected my read , and rejected photo evidence of my meter!
Saying that i wouldnt wait an hour in a shop queue, so i wont be waiting on the phone for an hour!Promo codes are never always cheaper..... isnt that right EuropCar?0 -
I rang them last Friday in the afternoon. One hour sixteen minutes. I simply decided at that point to remove my supply from them. Any company that takes over £1450 off me per annum and clearly thinks it is acceptable to run a customer service dept that has these lead times clearly holds their customers in contempt.
