Chinatown is great for kids to enjoy , try the one on the corner near the ncp car park entrance , the one with all the roast duck hanging in the window !
Soho has a WoknWalk (?) great value and makes a good meal in theatreland ! A Bast**d I May Be ! I Was Born One !

I also love Bodeans on Poland Street in Soho - it's a BBQ place with burgers, meat platters, ribs.etc I highly recommend it, there is another one in Tower Hill as well. The Soho one has a restaurant downstairs or a diner upstairs.
I second Bodeans, the food is great and fairly priced. They have several around London.
