Work Programme providers are entitled to claim money from the government even where they do nothing to help a person in to employment. If a person is officially on the Work Programme, and that person finds a job without help from the WP provider, the provider can still claim the money. Which is why the OP is being harassed, the WP provider wants their pound of flesh.
They can only claim if they're able to confirm the JSA claimant was signed off and hired. Just go to the job centre and say you're signing off because you found a job, then email the work programme provider you're signing off because you decided to go on holiday. Lol.0
