Sloooow Bt Yahoo Email?

Hoping for help, please - since late yesterday, have been unable to access my e-mail. The little 'connecting' circle just spins and spins and maybe one or two green squares appear, but I have not been able to get any further.
Why is this, please?
Nor will it shut down.
Other things seem OK - just the BT Yahoo site is affected, I think.
Thankyou if you can help.

Hello Alfrescodave, - have just had about 40 mins on 'phone - 0800.214740 - to BT Kath, then, Jane, then Steve, finally Sarah, who say my service was restricted for non-payment of line rental in the last quarter.
I DON'T HAVE LINE RENTAL WITH THEM - EVERYTHING HAS BEEN WITH PRIMUS SINCE MARCH!
I have had no Bills! Don't expect any. Obviously, I would have reacted at once had they arrived!
Further, my complaint letter of 21 March(received by them 27/3 and showing on their system today), is so far unacknowledged, let alone unanswered. It read:

COMPLAINT:

BT UK Business Accounts,
Providence Row,
Durham,
DH98 1BT.

To Whom It May Concern:
Re: tel. no. xxxxxxxxx
I am addressing this complaint to the address indicated on the reverse of your erroneous bill, although I am not a Business customer. All that BT supplies is the landline.

I have no idea why you have decided to add a one-off charge of £25.00, without warning or explanation, to my normal bill. No-one so far has explained it on the ‘phone(when I wasn’t cut off - twice today).

The correct amount owing is £30.63(3 months’ landline rental)+ VAT @ 17.5%. Correctly recalculated, this is £5.36; total: £35.96.

Enclosed is proof of payment, made at the village P.O.,xxxxxx, at 12.21 today. As I will shortly be away till early June, I require your written assurance that I will not return(as often in the past)to a cut-off/lost service.

Your second sheet, full of threats comprising forthcoming sanctions and charges makes me very glad I am not with you any more. Fellow workers at the Charity where I am a volunteer had already heard critical reports of these vindictive measures and action mooted against them.

These same witnesses noted that this bill, dated 15 March, arrived 20 March, and demands payment within 2 days!- 22 March.

Sadly, every dealing we’ve had with BT has been stressful, expensive, full of BT error/!!!!-ups, and a sense of all of this as the norm. You have replaced what used to be BR in gaining this undesirable accolade.

Kindly reply with the assurance I request above in bold, within 7 days.

Thankyou for your attention.

Yours faithfully,

#########
They have apologised, say that an interim letter was sent 3 April(not received)which promised full investigatiion and a further letter within 7 days. They admit nothing further was sent/done.
I have had nothing but grief from them since moving here and cannot regret now being with Primus.
I hope things are better for you shortly - shall advise when mine is okay again.
What I don't understand is this inability to reach my emails when all else is fine, though I cannot close BT Yahoo down either. Particularly odd is the fact that I can access 4 Freecycle groups to which I subscribe - and these are BT Yahoo Community Groups!
