T-Mobile - is there a way to check where the credit went?

I bought a Pay as You Go SIM on Ebay, claimed to have £20 credit on it. On inserting it into a phone it had Zero. It would be nice to be able to prove that the credit was gone before the SIM was sent to me as I am in a dispute with the seller (won't reply to my Ebay messages so I will go to Paypal). Strange as he had reasonable feedback.

Is there a way to getting/proving the balance history on such a SIM? Apart from the SIM I have a swipe topup card with a reference number on it made mainly of the SIM's mobile number.

call t-mobile and check the last call date

then compare it with when you received the item

No separate voucher, I searched for it. also the seller has not replied to say he included one. Wonder, if I register, can I see the calls BEFORE I registered?

The sim has been used because a text arrived from another mobile on being inserted. OK then call T-Mobile so see what info they might divulge.
