Personal Injury Claim?

I thought teachers were supposed to be good role models for the kids and not money grabbing shysters with zero common sense?
Reported.
I'd love to know what you do... Given you're abusing a random stranger on the internet. Get a life?
Money grabbing? Why should I be at a loss because someone can't maintain their land. If a postman injured himself on MY property, I'd get sued. It's called the law... I have rights, so do you.
Zero common sense... Ok then. You just carry on.0 -

I take it that personal responsibility isn't included in the subjects that you teach.
I won't comment on your username.
I wasn't fully aware there was pot-holes actually. I walked on the land once/twice a month or so, for 5 months before the accident. There were no pot-holes.
It was my fault? For slipping into a huge pot-hole and fracturing my ankle? Oh yes, you've enlightened me. It was all MY FAULT!0 -

But seriously, don't become another money-grabbing statistic.
My vision is perfect thanks. However are you saying I should walk around looking at the floor? Surely that would invite me to walk into things... which would also then be my fault??? So... next idea?0 -
Can't see why people can't simply answer the questions, neutrally, instead of thinking the world wants to hear their goddamn opinion on everything. If I did, my post would have been entitled 'GIVE ME YOUR OPINIONS, PLEASE, IMPORTANT PEOPLE - JUDGE ME - COME HITHER'
It's funny how these keyboard warriors have all the confidence in the world sitting in their holes... I'd love to see how many have the gear to say it to someone's face.0 -
To be honest it was your fault YOU fell into a large pot hole. while walking on land like this care should be taken and vigilance displayed. Are the CB responsible for the purpose built entrance for walkers on their land? It maybe an entrance that has been opened up over time by other walkers that believe they have a right to walk the land freely!!!! You may find you have been trespassing or the CB are the ones at fault, myself i would just get on with life and learn from my own mistakes in this and be thankful i had'nt broke my neck.0

As this is a forum which allows Opinions along with answers, questions and tales etc maybe you should of just Asked Jeeves.
I've just had another 'goddam opinion' you could of just asked a solicitor! Then again you most probably would of been given an opnion of them as well.0 -
