Are phone charges covered under guarantee?
I took out a 24 month contract with T.Mobile for an iPhone 5s in November last year.
The charger stopped working the other day.
I phoned EE (t.mobile) and they said its over 6 months old so the charger is no longer guaranteed.
Does anyone know if this is correct?
Thanks

It is normally policy that they don't replace accessories after 6 months and if you wanted them to, you would need to prove the fault was inherent by way of an indepent report.
You could try an Apple store - they might cover under warranty - my hubby had an issue with his earphones which he needs for work and they swapped for brand new in the Apple store.0 -
thought that only applied to batterysDon't put your trust into an Experian score - it is not a number any bank will ever use & it is generally a waste of money to purchase it. They are also selling you insurance you dont need.0

Apple's 12 month warranty covers accessories. Either make an appointment with a Genius if you have an Apple Store near you or you can start the mail in process at https://selfsolve.apple.com/agreementWarrantyDynamic.do0

Certain retailers replace within 28 days then refuse to do anything. Problem is it's just a generic wire with no imei and no receipt.0
