Horrible bosses - how to deal with them?

Most larger employers will have an anonymous whistle blowing helpline.
Document what's being done in a concise way and, if a member, discuss it with the trade union. Then either:
1. Talk to the manager himself about it.
2. Talk to his manager about it.
3. Talk to HR about it.
4. Talk to whistle blowing about it and name names.

Except this doesn't fall within the whistle blowing remit.
Whistleblowing is about employees making protected disclosures re criminal offences, health and safety risks, failures to comply with legal obligations etc.
Bullying is something different and must be tackled through the grievance procedure. All shall be well, and all shall be well, and all manner of things shall be well.
Pedant alert - it's could have, not could of.0
