my daughter needed a larder fridge so he as supplied and delivered a new one, pick up the fridge freezer which saves us the trouble of selling it and £40 refund we are quite happy with this.

Perhaps name the company so they get the recognition of dealing with it to your satisfaction? In case anyone ever googles them.

I tend to do this with small businesses. If they provide good service I make sure and give them a positive review as there are people like me who google companies and check out their credentials before ordering from them. If I can help a good business get another customer over a business with questionable trading practices.....then thats a result on the consumer rights front (imo anyway).
