Thanks to all that have commented on my opinions, I actually work within the building industry and have done so for over 25 years, I have customers that have followed me throughout my career and they all trust everything I do for them.
I am not bitter or angry at being turned down, it's just that I hear and take on board so many stories that you start not to believe what people say and when reading peoples success stories it makes me suspicious, I still stick by my comments that some stories on here are fake, and that most are legit, my bank contradict themselves in there letter to me and when I rang her to pull her up she stuttered and then said my argument for claiming was correct and that she would overturn the banks decision based on the new information (which by the way was the same I put on the form) how strange is that? it's probably just a yes no policy that banks have?

The only ones which are fake are from trolls, not bank employees. The fake posts are posted to provoke a reaction from regulars here and are generally easy to spot.

More than thirty posts into this thread, you STILL haven't detailed why your complaint was rejected.:)
