Ooh, fire sounds lovely! :j I'm sat with electric heater, shawl and hot water bottle and still not cosy enough!
  • Cheery I'm frozen to the bone, contemplating a duvet too. Fires been stubborn but just started to catch.......brrrrrr

Damp cold is just the worst.

    Hope you get warm soon

    Thanks RT :D

I must say I'm a lot warmer with a glass of amaretto inside me :D :rotfl:
  • Evening all!
Miserable day here, I've had to break out the tumble dryer for the first time in months!

Have been AWOL for a while, mostly spending too much time on Bubblews, then each time here I would try to catch up and was always a few pages behind so I gave that up and have just jumped in again here. Hope all are well.

Pips I wasnt sure I really believed you, that chickens really ate slugs, even the big ones, so I'm delighted to find that ours absolutely love them and recycle them into tasty eggs, result! And much better than eating them myself bleurgh : l Now I find I am actually hoping to find some so as to give the girls a treat!

Happy nearly anniversary by the way (just in case I fall behind again when the real day comes!)

:j to selling in your sleep Pippi. Very productive of you I must say. Love how new guitar matches RG cape. Couldn't have it any other way ;)

2023: the year I get to buy a car
  • Upcycling of slugs, I love it. Often I would rather cut out the 'middle men' but in this case I am more than happy to pay extra for slug processing :rotfl:

Hope you managed to get warmed up Pippi. How's the new guitar sound?

    Happy Thursday All!

Pips can I mail a box of my garden slugs to you for upcycling? Saw one 8 inches long yesterday morning. Thought the neighbour's cat had left us a present on the path until it moved!

    Ewwwww!
