Can you return a product that's been opened?

I'm guessing the original description is hedged about with caveats, and nowhere does it specify how many inches you will lose, if any.
Personally I'd take it as a learning curve never to believe a word any of these products say. If it was as easy as rubbing a bit of mud on ourselves and watching the inches fall off, it wouldn't be a product languishing in the far reaches of the internet.
If it looks to good to be true.......All shall be well, and all shall be well, and all manner of things shall be well.
Pedant alert - it's could have, not could of.0 -

So are you saying that it's not just a case of the packaging having been undone, but that you've actually used some of the product ?0 -

It's not worked though and after doing some further research and reading reviews on Amazon and not just the website where I bought it from, everyone seems to say it doesn't work.
I think you might have problems returning it unless they offer some sort of money back guarantee if not satisfied.
Have you contacted them to say it did not work?0 -

Do people honestly think that there is a product that can be rubbed onto the skin that will actually make you "lose inches"?
(Well there is, but rubbing a strong solution of hydrochloric acid into your skin isn't recommended).0 -
If it was defective or didn't do what it said on the tin you could.marliepanda wrote: »It does depend on the product, and how you have used it.
That will establish whether you have accepted the product.
You cannot buy a lipstick, use it, decide its rubbish, and return it.0 -

Yes, you're right; given that the whole beauty business is a lie, it would be difficult to say whether something worked or not.marliepanda wrote: »Agreed but with beauty products thats hard to prove, if it melted my face off, yes, but if it looked crap on me, no.0
