    Wow that's really good going well done you :-) I am really not that great on the phone or at complaining so this is gonna be hard but I don't see how they can default me on a seven yr old account wen I'm the one that contacted them to get it sorted :-(

    Thank u fermi I'm mentioned that on the phone and they just kept repeating that the only way to do anything was to pay the amount in full and have the account showing as settled
