house move, fed up with bt

told bt on 23 may that we were moving
bt cancelled old house on 30 may
bt due at new house 4 june
4 june, phone line activated, no engineer came

for the past week, we've been passed round various people
now under bt leicester who say work finished on line, engineer due 18 june
todays update was work was still been done on the line

getting fed up now, writing this on my phone
just want internet on but waiting nearly 3 weeks is taking the mickey
