Very and Littlewoods, so both owned by shop Direct group.
Are these your only debts ?
If you are struggling to pay these, then my advice, for now, is to stop paying.
Course of events after non payment go`s something like this :
Both accounts will, firstly, be passed to collections,
the next step is there inhouse debt collectors NDR payments, who you may have more luck making a payment arrangement with.
