WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
We're looking for an image that captures the weekly theme set out on metro.co.uk/yourworld and within Metro's tablet and phone edition apps. On occasion Metro's Your World will run competitions and award prizes for the best picture of the day and/or picture of the week. Please refer to the below for any current competition details. Images must be photographs.

Terms and Conditions:
1. On Friday a picture of the week will be chosen and featured within Metro's Tablet Edition and/or Metro's Phone Edition. The weekly winner will receive a £40 Amazon voucher.
2. Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable. The judges' decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
3. Entrants may submit as many photographs as desired for each weekly theme.
4. We will try to credit your image when we use them. We reserve the right not to publish images that are submitted.
5. By submitting your photograph you agree to grant Metro a perpetual, royalty-free, non-exclusive, sub-licensable right and licence to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute and exercise all copyright and publicity rights with respect to your photograph worldwide and/or to incorporate your photograph in other works in any media now known or later developed for the full term of any rights that may exist in your photograph. By submitting your photograph to the competition, you:
i) warrant that your work is your own original work and that you have the right to make it available for all the purposes specified above; that it does not infringe any law; that it is not obscene or libellous; and that it does not violate the right of privacy or publicity of any third party;
ii) agree to indemnify Metro against all legal fees, damages and other expenses that may be incurred as a result of your breach of the above warranty;
iii) agree to waive any moral rights in your work for the purposes of its submission to, and publication by, Metro and the purposes specified above; and
iv) have the consent of any people (wherever possible and if applicable) who may feature in any photograph. If children are featured the consent of their parents/guardians is needed.
7. We reserve the right to cancel this competition or to alter these rules at any stage, if deemed necessary in its opinion, and if circumstances arise outside of its control.
8. Proof of sending an entry is not proof of our receipt of your entry.
9 These rules, including the specific rules below, are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
10. By submitting a photograph for this competition, entrants will be deemed to have accepted these rules and to agree to be bound by them. Anyone who is found to be in breach of these rules faces immediate removal from the competition. No correspondence will be entered into in this regard.
11. This competition is administered by Metro, a division of Associated Newspapers Limited of Northcliffe House, 2 Derry Street, High Street Kensington, W8 5TT.
