Interior anti mould paint for condensation prone window area

Need some advice please with suggestions on a paint I can use on a problem area around a window that has always suffered with condensation mould?
I know that ventilation is the key and we're leaving windows open more to help in these warmer months but is there a paint product available to help me keep the mould away from that area?

Thanks as usual

Dehumidifier running a few times a week was the best solution in our house as we still got the condensation on top of the paint.

Where exactly is the damp around the window? Underneath?

Mainly underneath as the condensation build up on the windows runs down but there are also several black spots above tops of the windows where they meet the ceiling.

IMHO I would look at what is causing this condensation problem in the first place. In majority of cases black mould spores are caused by poor ventilation.

The thing is that the more moisture you "produce" (breathing, showers, baths, cooking, clothes drying, etc.) the more you need to ventilate the house, either by opening windows or using extractor fans more. The other alternative is to produce less moisture.

Check out the Mould X range of products. Very hard to find here (German products), but you can buy the original stuff online from amazon.de, it is called SchimmelX over there. They make the anti mould paint and paint additives and anti mould silicon.

Apart from the anti-mould paint (it may not be enough in some cases) I would look at a standard dehumidifier (quite noisy), or at a passive dehumidifier vent (quiet), or even better at a dehumidifier extractor fan (one should fit into your existing bathroom extractor fan wall cavity).

Sorry for the late reply. If it's primarily under the window, then the first thing you should check is whether your external window sill has a drip edge/groove. If it doesn't any rainwater will roll under the sill and saturate the bricks below and immediately around.
