Hi All,
It's been 10 weeks since the initial PPC invoice and I haven't heard or seen a peep from them.
I thought I would have seen something by atleast day 56?
I appreciate any thoughts??
Kind regards,

Nah they'll send a late letter and the you'll be able to appeal and can also say there's no keeper liability as the Notice was too late!PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Hi CM, thanks for your advice.
Sorry to be a pain, but looking at the 'standard appeal template' in the newbies thread, where abouts should I mention that the NTK was too late.
Sounds like a stupid question, but if it's a proven template that works, I don't want to jeopardise it by disrupting it unnecessarily - but at the same time do want to include the lateness of the NTK as it was roughly 70+ days til arriving.
Many thanks,

I'd put it first if I were you. Obviously it can't be in the "standard" template, because in many cases the NtK isn't late.Je suis Charlie.0 -

Is there anywhere in law/writing that the NTK has to be within the 28-56 day terms - I'd like to quote it in the letter to add a little gravitas.
Presumable a POFA'12 paragraph somewhere??

It's okay, think iI've found it:
Schedule 4 paragraphs 8(5) or 9(5) specify the time limits for serving a Notice to Keeper.

Right...
Appeal letter sent, let's see how this goes (wish me luck)!
