Why was that Wild West music playing throughout?
Why was there a cattle rancher theme?
Why have they spent significantly more time (and still more to come as I write) over a poxy Dyson vac and a couple of hundred quid, when there's millions being filched from the pockets of the population at large?
Why did they pick on two bit-part players when there are so many bigger fish to fry?
Why do I cringe at that Troy smirk?

    Questions, questions, question!
Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

as is mentioned many times on here, the BPA is not fit for purpose and needs the government to sort it out by having a 12 month review like the minister at the time promised but failed to do

I suspect the figures of 5 and then 2 were the ones who jumped ship to the IPC , not banned as in no longer in any AOS scheme including theirs

as AR pointed out , no sanctions have been imposed in the last 12 months despite repeated code breaches and he didnt want to comment on that illegal copy of a court document or the PPS letters that do not give out appeal details and only threaten court action or pay up, also that LPS tend to use deby collection as their next stage same as many other parking companies like jas etc

when she told him they had hundreds of letters he basically said that 3 complaints versus 30 thousand popla appeals meant it was all running smoothly and was a tiny percentage , yet we know different when you see the posts on here and cag and pepipoo , and the parking pranksters blogs too

And who was it they banned? Some two bit parking companies that did far less than parking eye does on virtually every ticket they issue. The BBC should have gone for gold here and put them on the spot, they are the biggest players and biggest company breaching the code of practice,.

I would say the BBC are virtually protecting the PPCs here by going for the minnows,, Christ I haven't heard of the second company they mentioned m and the first one is so small time it's not worth mentioning

Tell me who owns Parking Eye? Crapita.

Tell me who collects the BBC Licence fee? Crapita.

    No chance.

I thought Anne gave it a good go. After all, She isn't as passionate about the scam as we all probably are.

    She did state:

    1) The process isn't fit for purpose
    2) Was as useful as a chocolate teapot
    3) PPC's attempt to circumvent PoPLA or just plain ignore it
    4) One PPC was sending out fake court papers

Choccy Troy as expected, stumbed through, ignoring every point made and failing to admit to anything.
Search my post " PoPLA evidence - What to submit" on what is a good defense for a PoPLA appeal.
