Hi
I have spent ages today trying to speak to someone in talk talk customer service who can help me.
First call went to India, passed from dept to dept, no one seems to have any idea what I am talking about.
Now got through to South Arica, first guy seemed to have some grasp of what I was saying but had to put me through to a different area, next person had no idea, through to another department who hung up on me during the call.
ALL I WANT TO DO IS SPEAK TO SOMEONE IN THE UK!!
Can anybody help pleas.

What makes you think a UK call center will be any better? I was with TT business (Only UK call centers) and they were still a bunch of lying incompetent morons.0

Matanui, I've spoken to 8 different people so far and only 1 actually understood what I was querying, unfortunately he couldn't help as it was not his area.
At least with a UK call centre I wouldn't be wasting time just trying to explain things.0 -
Talk Talk forums are good. Dealt with in turn - oldest post first - so never try to 'bump' your post: rather edit the original adding extra information if you need to, until you get a reply from an OCE... It can and does take a day or two (more if posted at a weekend) for them to work through the queue, but they are then pretty good.
Ensure all your contact info is accurate (home/mobile nos especially) in your TT forum profile. That can speed up things.

Basically its a straightforward question
We already have broadband with TT and decided that we would upgrade to their TV PLUS package because we would also be able to get the Samsung Galaxy S3 for 12.50 a month as well as fibre broadband and a youview + box that we could record on ( nothing to record on at the moment).
The total cost pm would be close to what we are paying at the moment, so it makes sense.
However the S3 went up to 17.50pm yesterday.
So we want to know if we can still get it for 12.50 pm otherwise we don't upgrade as that is the real clincher.
The one person at TT who actually understood what I was asking looked things up and said that we should still be able to get it at that price if we are upgrading so he put me through to the relevant section but they didn't understand what I was talking about and put me through to a different area who were the same and hung up!!!0 -
