I was offered the bubble bath one for my Son, but it had filled up by the time I saw the email (which was only 15mins after it came dowm). Got the kids vitamin trial in the post today, but it is only for 3 vitamin tables!

I got onto a plumping lipstick trial....its arrived and its really dark plum kind of colour, not something that suits me and i would never wear it, why dont they send neutral colours for testers! Its really annoying, and i am going to have to give feedback because it will affect my future trials!

I have 2 choices...try it at home where possible and give response on that which seems a waste because its a decent size or pretend i tried it and donate the lippy to someone its a full size lippy too was really pleased when i pulled it out of the envelope, then saw the colour and was disappointed!!

Has anyone had this problem with any of their trials??

I never get offered make up trials, wish they would offer me some though!! It is a shame that they didn't have a couple of choices or as you say a neutral colour as everyone's taste and colouring is different.

You could try emailing them if you are really unhappy with the colour - after all they want honest feedback. I'm sure if you did that they would not penalise you especially if you said you would send the sample back.

Silly question but how long between trials is okay before you start getting concerned that you've been left out...did a trial for loo roll recently, filled in the questionaire as instructed...it's been nearly 2 weeks now...(I think)...
All these years since I left school and I've never once had to use Algebra

I think that's a normal amount of time - sometimes in the past I haven't had a trial for months then several come along at the same time. It really depends on how busy they are. I don't think you will have been forgotten if you did a trial a couple of weeks ago. You could go in and check on your profile to see if there are any questions you can update and that may help also.

Hopefully you will got some soon.

I would but i had a problem with the samples on another trial I am doing for baby products on my 1 year old daughter, they might think i'm too much trouble and stop giving me trials. :o

I would just test it around the house then - so long as you are applying and leaving it on till it wears off, even if it's around the house you should still be able to give an honest feedback on the product!

  • Just got a trial for some Bubble Bath for eldest DD, also whilst I was there I decided to check against all names in the family & according to my name I have been offered 8 trials (4 this year & 4 last year) but showing them all as full so couldn't join. I never got emails about any of these, I know the only emails I have had from CR have been for my youngest DD except the one today which was for my eldest DD. How strange is that?
