Hi again Sallylizzie, log in to your account,go to family profiles, tick the one you want to delete, press profile family member at the top of the page, when the wheel comes up there is a button which lets you remove family member, hope that makes sense, also forgot to say the other day you need to do the training which you will find under the information heading, good luck.

Thanks, makes perfect sense, but I'm afraid I can't see the delete part
Sorry can you please help me further

Ok,when you have ticked your name and pressed profile family member and you go to the profile page with the wheel on it that says lifestyle ect, look under your name and above the wheel,so in between the 2,on the left it says update family members details and on the right remove family member, hope this is a bit clearer,on mine it doesnt say that but on other family members it does have you checked both the ones you have done for yourself just incase.Or have you got 2 my personal details pages,if so delete one of them,if not you will have to email them using the make contact button in home, hope you resolve it.

Thank you so much. For some silly reason I added myself twice as you know, it does say remove profile, but under the one I have completed for me, the other one, that it just my name, it doesn't say it, this is where I got confused.

So I will have to delete my complete profile and then do my profile again on the one that isn't complete, as that is the one that deson't have to button where I can delete. IYKWIM, what a pain lol

when you get a trial they normally ask you to answer 2 of the questions from the training first.

I got emails about 2 new trials for my 4yo, one for bubble bath and I've signed up for this; the other for handwash but this trial was full by the time I signed in (after saying yes to the bath one). One out of two isn't bad I guess! :D

I never get asked to answer any questions. I just go straight in and sign up for the offered trial!!! Maybe it's just for newer people.
