the last 2 trials i've had they've been like that.i just sent them a message from the site and they replied

I've somehow manged to add myself twice, does any one know how to delete one of them please.

Hi again Sallylizzie,log in to your account,go to family profiles,tick the one you want to delete,press profile family member at the top of the page,when the wheel comes up there is a button which lets you remove family member,hope that makes sense,also forgot to say the other day you need to do the training which you will find under the information heading,good luck.

I did exactly that yesterday and was told I had finished the trial :rotfl:

They seem to be a little slow in putting up the questionnaires but last night I had an e-mail from Ayton prompting me to go and fill it in. When I logged on the trial was then showing as current for me again. Hope you got the same mail and it has all been sorted out.

I wonder if it's because they are a global website and the time zones mean that we are several hours ahead of their local time, I had logged on at about 10am yesterday and the full questionnaire was not there then.

Hi,I checked back in the afternoon and it was there so filled it in,hopefully all the other assessments will be there on time.
