if you mean the password for cosmetic research have you got an old trial invitation email as it should be on there.

Unfortunately not as I delete them once the trial has been done !

Can you remember your user name,my computer remembers that as soon as I start typing luckily,if you can remember that there is a button which says forgotten your password click here underneath.x

Do all usernames begin with U? that might help?

My computer always remembers it normally but for some reason when I type UID (which is all i can remember) the rest doesnt come up.
When I click forgotten password it asks for name, phone number etc to reset but all it says is info doesnt match so cannot reset password!!

I am stumped!:rolleyes:

Wonder if you try signing up again if it will throw anything up.

Good Idea I will try that now.
Isnt it a pain that there is no contact us section unless you are signed in?

excellent lets see what happens,they might of accidentally deleted you if your phone number and details didnt match,let me know what happens,goodluck.

That's odd, did you have a high rating before? if not then it's worth using the new sign up but if you did have a good rating it can take a while to build up.

If you like I can use the contact us form on your behalf, tell them a 'friend' is having problems signing in and could they contact you, if that would help, let me know
