I joined the comsetic research online and just received my first trial, the Touche Eclat, i only bought one last week in Debenhams for £22.50 so now I have 2!!!!!

Just had a reminder that the first part of the questionnare should have been filled in yesterday. I've just done it, it's very straightforward, also asks when you received it, there is an option for a few dates further than yesterdays

i've not had mine either so i can't see that they got lost.now and then the packet's do arrive a day late and in all the time i've been with them i've always received the items

I can never get a list of trials available, doe sit only cover certain areas of England? I have been a member for 3 months and never has there been any trials, not sure if im being a bit daft and not clicking on something??
