You're not doing anything wrong, if you are selected for a trial, you'll receive an email invite.

Have you completed the training? filled in lots of items in the profile lists? Registered any other family members that are living in the same household?

I think it helps if you log in quite often and check if any profile subjects need updating, they do send requests for profile updates but there are often new products that appear.

I am in the north east of Scotland - does that answer your question. Usually I have 1 or 2 trials going on together.

I have forgotten my password but when I click on the link it says info doesnt match although I know I have put the right info in ie name, phone number etc.

Can anyone suggest a way to get my password please ??

Hi,
if you mean the password for cosmetic research have you got an old trial invitation email as it should be on there.

not a help right now but for the future get firefox and it saves all your login details.i'd be lost without it
