I think there is a fair chance you will get a Vanilla unlocked phone from Tesco rather than a phone with operator stuff on it.

I have looked at Tesco and I think you can buy either locked or unlocked, unlocked is a few pounds more. I am also looking at 16GB phone as there is no SD card slot in this phone

Reportedly, unlocking G costs just ~£1.

That said, first you said you needed a cheap one below £100 for Skype. Now you want a more expensive 16Gb one...

Buy locked and unlock it, costs a couple of quid for the code on eBay.

Gone out this morning and bought the Moto G 8GB from Vodafone, it's on charge right now. Will get code from ebay for £1.99 tomorrow.
