    Hiya.

Is the error a "windows" error or an error report by your printer?

If it's a "windows" one you can look it up using the windows help file.

If it's a printer one you should find listed either in the printer manual or its help file.

    If that doesn't solve it:-

Please then post back and tell us what make and model your printer is and what the error message (and number maybe?) is.

Oh dear! Then I don't know how to help you except to say that you'll just have to do what the message says.

Epson have support available at www.epson.co.uk though how quickly they might respond I don't know.

You're welcome, for what little help you got. Did you try the epson website in the link?

At the time of writing this, I had no probs with that Epson website. Could select type of product, model and OS without probs and then view the support page for that particular printer.

This page is a direct link concerning the Epson 480SXU printer.

Mr Skint, do you still have the same prob now?

The geographical number (to save paying upto 8ppm) for Epson Customer Services is 01952 607119. It is only Customer Services so start telling them the problems they'll probably stop you mid-flow and offer transfer you.

UPDATE: Ste.h, if the printer is new and you haven't had it that long then take it back the shop where you bought it and ask for a refund or a new printer.
