New PAYG and unlocking??

I want a new PAYG phone. Currently with Virgin.
If I buy an Orange phone, then get it unlocked can I intermingle the two sims and get the free cinema tickets etc?

    It doesn`t have to be an orange phone just a phone with an orange sim card in Don`t forget it will cost 35p for the orange wednesday code so make sure that there is money on the sim.
