Attempted to cancel subscription, but charged regardless

I signed up for loveaholics.com using a 3 day trial membership. When I noticed the site was not up to much, I emailed them multiple times (and phoned once) but could not get them to cancel my subscription. They have now charged me £45 for a months subscription, and I still cannot get in touch with them. Is there a way to…
