  • Well done! When is your flight? do you have a chance to (try) and sleep?

  • Yes I don't fly until the evening tomorrow :)

    Are you all unwrapped now?
  • I am! But I keep going through everything again and again. I am absolutely stunned, I would never, ever have expected everyone to do this. I feel so spoilt, these are things I love but would never have been able to afford for myself. Even Sir P bought a lovely blanket for me!

  • Sir P has obviously been very well trained, and birthdays are for being spoilt, that's the rules, presents are supposed to be things that are treats :)
  • He has been! and he has a matching hat, we can match at hospital appointments!

I have never had so many treats at any other time in my life, all of the gifts and all of the lovely thoughts really do mean so much. I am still totally stunned. Even our thread pets got me gifts!

  • I am trying to picture Sir P with a hat and it reminded me of Gitdog with his birthday hat on :D

Huge thanks to JM for organising the hamper, we forgive your little white lies to get people to empty their PM boxes :T

I wish we could have all been there to watch you open it WaS.

Yes, many many thanks to JM for organising all this, and worrying about the delay in delivery! Good on you, JM! A good job well done! :T :T
    Three cheers for JM!

Wasn't it worth it , though? I don't know what's nicer, getting a surprise or giving a surprise! They're both equally lovely! :)

Big big hugs, WaSsie! I bet it's the first time anyone has had a four-day birthday! :D

Well, we've seen a pic of the pile of pressies all wrapped up and in the box, so now we await the Grand Display pics, so that we can have a virtual tour of the delights! You know, a bit like when the Queen displayed all her wedding gifts to the General Public!

"Queen WaS displays her 4-day-Birthday Presents!" (If you've eaten the chocolate, you'll have to smooth out the empty wrapper for the display!:D)

And, of course, we must see Sir P. in his hat!
And the fairies around the fairy door!

Your camera's going to be busy!

And you could tell Mil all about it! How is she doing, by the way?

(Dances with glee!) WaS has got her parcel! WaS has got her parcel! :j :j

    I'm in a clique! It's a clique of one! It's a unique clique!
    I love

  • Thank you all for your thanks :o It was SUCH fun, organising this. I'd forgotten how lovely it is to do a project like this - it's really really rewarding. And WaS is lovely to buy things for - so appreciative and excited! You reminded me of my lovely nephew. I bought him something one Christmas when he was about 5. He was totally overcome, and bounced up and down for ages waving the gift around excitedly. When he'd calmed down a bit, he asked in a very small voice 'and what IS it?' :D

    Very sweet, and very endearing.

I hope you AND THE VOICES know how much we all love you now, WaS! xxxx
