As far as I was aware TW's original holding company was the Lancashire Clamping Co Ltd which dates back into the early 90's and was dissolved last year IIRC.
Trevor had ceased being a director some years ago but then reappeared - this time as a Spanish resident - using his Benalmadena address.
There are also some Cayman/BVI registered companies that appear in the portfolio but having had to change computers recently I'm still trying to pull my files together. My very sincere apologies for those hoping to request off-board assistance but I am now so inundated with requests that in order to do justice to those "already in the system" I am no longer accepting PM's and am unlikely to do so for the foreseeable future (August 2016).
For those seeking more detailed advice and guidance regarding small claims cases arising from private parking issues I recommend that you visit the Private Parking forum on PePiPoo.com0 -
Doesn't mean anything other than Trev is paying out all the profits to himself.Je suis Charlie.0

I know but its funny anyway, one thing though money in the bank is not necessary profits, it's operating money for bills and wages etc, what kind of business have none? The funny thing is as I spent time on this yesterday a lot of these companies had little or no money in accountsWhen posting a parking issue on MSE do not reveal any information that may enable PPCs to identify you. That explains it then LOL! Seriously though, you only need money in the bank when you need to pay something e.g. the wages, you don't need it sitting there the rest of the time. Presumably Trev does pay the wages, 'cos despite what he probably tells himself I doubt N. Martin and the tribe of Hargreaves's work purely for their love of Trev.Je suis Charlie.0 -

Begs the question of where they shift it to though.
Some of these companies generate serious cash income yet miraculously have none in any accounts on the last day of the financial year.0 -
Some had millions in their accounts , a few had tens of millions. So how is that recovering losses? Obviously they are making lots of money out of this scam, and obviously their income is derived from people who are breaking some arbitrary rule they make up, very often on the day in question. When posting a parking issue on MSE do not reveal any information that may enable PPCs to identify you. It's very naive to make any kind of judgement on such limited information.
If you look at their previous accounts you will actually see their net worth has gone from negative over quarter million to a positive £11k.
It also doesn't give any information about its fixed assets etc - which it would seem they have significant assets to push a net worth in the a + number with current liabilities of £400k.
We also don't know what dividends was drawn. For all we know they drew all the cash as dividends and have anticipated current liabilities can be covered by reasonably projected revenue.
In addition we don't know how their accounts are drawn up - as accounts can show losses even if in reality a profit was made. A taxi company for example may opt to claim the mileage rate on a taxi at 45p/25p @ 80k miles/year = £22k compared to actual maintenance, capital and insurance of closer to £4-£6k.
You need to see the full set of accounts really. Making the whole point of this thread moot.0
