    Would be up to the creditors to take action. It's hard to say as the people owed money may be the directors who have provided directors loans etc.

    Unfortunately if you click on the accounts tab, they are in a far better financial position than 3 years ago when they had a net worth of £-294,116. Compared to this £11,153 is positively rich.

    I am no accountant but accounts paint a picture in order to minimise their tax burden - it doesn't show they are insolvent.

    This is is a snapshot of a day in anpr ltd, having no money in any bank account at all that they use just highlights the fact that they are either skint or they withdrew everything they had.

    Also what happened to his clamping company? There is no records of it being a company
