A chap over on PePiPoo dragged Kernow to PoPLA. Won on GPEOL as I recall, which is a pity as it would've been worth a single-issue appeal on the non-existence of any such legal entity (yes Robert Ley, we know it's you, but you illegally refused to disclose your identity to this appellant).

[/B]Vehicle Control Solutions Ltd t/as Flashpark Ltd - No they are not

Flashpark is indeed a trading name of Vehicle Control Solutions Ltd. (not SRS' mob, Vehicle Control Services), but obviously "trading as Flashpark Ltd" is just nonsense, a limited company can't trade as a different limited company!

There is a Flashpark Ltd., a non-trading company with the same directors as Vehicle Control Solutions, Costas and Candie Constantinou.

The estimable Costas is an ex-clamper and a two-time winner of the RAC's coveted !!!!!! Turpin award for modern-day highway robbery.

Majestic Wine at the end of my road has recently erected Flashpark's feeble excuse for signage. Steve Lewis, CEO, will shortly be hearing from me with some useful information about Costas' colourful past, as well as some pointers on the BPA CoP and contractual issues regarding signage. He will also learn that I am an ex-customer until Flashpark is gone, which ought to cause him some concern since I was a regular customer of that branch, spending huge amounts of money there over the years.
