Orange Secret Roaming Tarif
I just thought I’d let you know about something very strange I have discovered with Orange. They have a secret tariff they don’t tell anyone about.
Orange has a special tariff only available from their retentions department for customers who are threatening to leave (within the last three months of their contract). It is designed for customer who are leaving because of high roaming charges and to match the O2 “My Europe” tariff. I really don't know why you can’t get this tariff on a new contract or an upgrade.
Spread the news, it is very interesting to cut down the price of mobile phone roaming in Europe: It is called “Loyalty Orange Zone Discount Bundle”. For £5 per month, you get all your incoming calls for free when you are in most European countries.
O2 offer the same thing to all their customers, not just those who are threatening to disconnect. They call it “My Europe”.
So if you travel to Europe and want to get 1000 minutes of incoming call for £5 per month
, and if you have 3 months or less left on your contract, then you can benefit from this tariff. Just ring retentions...
