    Tenderheart working vs M...

...but lost 12p on the Minced Beef & Onion pies:mad: - a rare 'treat' as considering them so expensive nowadays due to frozen being a lot cheaper - only time I buy them in ages and I fail to get the 10% off:mad:, so even more money paid. Went OOS in T (bloody T taking it off their website:( and going N/A vs T). Now look - flamin' Morries price collection fails to pick up and going £1.17 vs T:mad::rotfl::

    1 x ASDA Tenderheart Cabbage£0.50£0.49
1 x ASDA Fresh Tastes Diced Carrot & Swede (500g)£0.50£0.54
    1 x Ye Olde Oak Ham (300g)£1.68£1.00

1 x ASDA Smartprice Mince Beef & Onion Pies (3x150g)£1.17N/A
    Vs Morries

1 x ASDA Smartprice Mince Beef & Onion Pies (3x150g)£1.17£1.17
Vs Tossies (on my flippin' Morries comp.:(:(:rotfl::p:rotfl:).

I'm sort of popping in with one eye to the TV - other info. will need to wait till a bit later:cool:.

Exactly ... I find most old people incredibly rude just because your old doesn't mean your more entitled.

Dad was in m7s a while back and a little old lady asked if she could go in front of him at the till as she was in danger of missing her bus.
Dad told her that at her age she should have learnt how to manage her time better:eek:

Oh and dad was probably 20 years older than her, he has just aged very well.

No meals in my expresses but as consolation I got 3 packs of whoopsied finest bacon on a 3 for deal.

Don't know why they bought the spartprice tomatoes when they could have bought the ktc.

Very small glitch here as well. They bought 2 Alpen light bars 5x19g choc and fudge £1.98 each or 2 for £3.
Not much can do with this though.Sainsbugs are 2 for £3

Sorry to be a pain but I've read back 6 pages now and still can't get my head round the details of the Tosca meal deal glitch. I have just telephoned my nearest Tosca Express (5 miles away) and asked if they are doing the meal deal for £10 (is that the right one?)

They said they are but not much stock left. I've got about 10 minutes to get myself sorted out as I have to pick up my dh from a day of hospital tests using radioactive dye stuff (he says he'll be glowing in the dark now!) so I'd be incredibly grateful if someone could tell me whether I have got the following information correct to stand a chance of the glitch working:

    1) Buy the £10 meal deal in Tosca Express - Does it work with just one meal deal or do I need to buy in multiples (if so how many)?

    2) One main, one side and one pudding plus bottle of wine for each deal

    3) Got through self service till making sure to put wine through first so get age approved before the end

    4) Avoid a mint pudding - is there anything else I have to avoid please?

    5) Are there any other important details I've missed?

    Many thanks in advance.

Oh - looks like I've not got Minced Beef & Onion pies on the M list anyway - obviously considering them too expensive:rotfl::rotfl::eek:, so the items on the M list might work then...:rotfl:.

It's going to get to me how many coke coupons will go to waste:o

Wonder if I dare knock on a few neighbours doors:rotfl:

Just wait for paper recycling day (or bin dive at night).
Could you imagine getting your own paper out of bin to grab coupon then finding it had been nabbed:eek:

One of the extreme compers programmes in america the woman and her daughter bin raided the neighbours for coke can tabs ect:eek:

Cos they thought they were cheaper. It's because normal shoppers make roundly bad purchasing decisions Sal.

Some items that represent extremely bad purchases - I noticed some Daz washing powder - really really tiny box in my A at £4.00:eek::eek:. Very small box it was too. I tried to get the large box vs that same price - didn't work but had it --- I suspect that, even vs the higher £6 price it was, on a flipped comparison:(, it still worked out better than that really small box. Just avoid, as I know you people will do - hideous price for that few washes.
