Not sure what way it will go today, sunshiney now but it keeps going dark again.“Create all the happiness you are able to create; remove all the misery you are able to remove. Sorry you are having a tough time at work but nenen has given good advice.
Somehow i think your new boss is trying to get a reaction as he is new.
So give in to him.
Do as you are told. Smile sweetly nod and say yes... Then find out what your rights are. If your boss is the a** that he seems he will never follow reason.
Then when you are diagnosed and have advice from acas. You will know what to do.
My boss is much nicer now, i have been doctors note and been given anti depressants.
But the world of work is tough and there are people desperately looking for work who will do the hours. However, unfair the boss is.grocery challenge 9.86/600 -

I would be cautious of agreeing and then looking at your rights. He has to give notice before changing your hours anyway. You can be calm and polite whilst still standing up for yourself. Just say you need time to consider his proposal.

Just had a look at my sainsbobs rec from Saturday which had the needed at least 10 different items and it compared against !!!!!!, only 2 items compared, the rest were own brand things
2 Pomegreat Pomegranate Juice Drink 1L £3.00 £2.40
1 Liberte Greek Style Strwberry Yog 4X100g £2.20 £1.10
so it seems fairly "safe" to get whatever your branded items are that you need plus the usual make weights - value bottled water, banana, carrot, sweet potato, tomato, brown onion, white onion etc.
Liberte has a try me free offer on the outer cardboard sleeve it so you might as well get it from Sainsbobs as part of a brand match (10 item) shop.
Pomegreat I had the free print off MOCs for (collect 8 pack codes and enter onto their website).
2 odd things, before I went shopping I checked mys and it seems to have gone up to £2.20 in sainsbobs - a very big price hike from the normal £1.50 - but in store it was the normal £1.50. So this is one to keep an eye on incase sainsbobs are going to do some funny business eg put it up to £2.20 for x number of weeks and then magically its on BOGOF.
secondly when I printed off my Pomegreat free pack MOCs - you get sent a link each month with a print off MOC - the May one was £1.50 and the June one was £2.20. So maybe it is going up in price but if so its a huge price jump.“Create all the happiness you are able to create; remove all the misery you are able to remove. Every day will allow you, --will invite you to add something to the pleasure of others, --or to diminish something of their pains.”0 -
