openreach do have a contact number for this sort of thing, ring that number and they will arrange a survey offer to contact you to talk about the line plant rearrangement
This line wasn't there last year. I'm very pleased to see it's there now.:)
There was literally no one to help me. If I got through to anyone, it was, "I can't help you with that," and "No, I don't have a number you can contact."
Letters were ignored and emails treated in the same way.
In the end, a recorded delivery letter threatening action for a breach of the Telecommunications Act achieved a response. Shocking behaviour.0 -
