A creditor can go back to court to try to get permission to enforce the debt after a 6year period has elapsed, but even if this was granted the CCJ would not reappear on the debtor's credit file.

What would happen if the court gave permission to enforce the debt then? Would nothing appear on the debtors credit file at all? Thanks
