First Utility reviews please?

I've had an email from the Cheap Energy Club suggesting I could save about £100 a year by switching from my current supplier NPower. Having looked at the suggestions proffered, I was thinking about moving to First Utility. Historical reviews are terrible, but can anyone let me know if they've improved (or not) in the past few months please?
many thanks.

Switched to them from EDF recently (sub 6 weeks).

It was all done online so i've never really spoken to them but it was fairly painless.

I'd given readings before i started the switch, knew my last 2 years consumption, and they managed to deal with EDF in a reasonable time frame (about 3 weeks).

They also both accepted my close / opening reads without fuss and as my account was pretty accurate DD wise i had to pay EDF about £20 when i left.

Website seems to work ok so as it stands I've no complaints but it's early days.

I think this is the 4th switch I've done and it's the "cleanest" but it could equally be that EDF are the efficient party.

As with all things you never know how it's really going until the brown stuff hits the whirly blades.

Not sure if it helps to be honest.

I've been with 1st Utility for about 18months & had no problems, I usually get a email at the beginning of the month asking for my meter reading. The cost did increase from £77 to £87 after the 1st year, but that was a lot less than Npower wanted before I switched.
I used Quidco to change to get a extra £40 too, but I think that has decreased.
