Just a quick follow up. SCS have agreed to replace all furniture as they accept it is simply not acceptable. Although they say I have to wait another 4-6 weeks for delivery. That was agreed on the 17th June. We have written to them advising that if it not received the the 1st August we will cancel the contract and return the goods which we feel us reasonable. However, I'm not sure what to do if they say no. Can anyone offer advice for if it gets to that stage? Should we contact the finance company Barclays to advise them as it was purchased on credit?0
