DRO Discharged but having probs with credit file
Hi Guys
This is the 1st time I've used the Forum and I am really hoping someone can help!!
In January 2012 I obtained a DRO and it was subsequently discharged in January 2013.
The problem I am now having is this, whilst a lot of the creditors named on the DRO have shown the status as settled or satisfied a number of them are updating on a monthly basis as defaulted.
From my understanding the date of default should be the start date of the DRO.
Please help because at this rate my credit file is going to stay rubbish for ever, I've also found out that some are even selling the debts!!
