Do you have any evidence to suggest that the press reports that suggest they bring in a lot more than is spent are wrong?
Also, are you suggesting we have no head of state? If you are suggesting a president instead, the cost to the taxpayer is the same. (In Germany the cost of having a president is equal to our cost of having the Queen).0 -
