Has anybody noticed that II seem to be very slow at paying out dividends.
My experience is positive - share dividend due today appeared in my II account first thing this morning.0 -
You've got to make a penny or two.

My two dividends have turned up today ... only five working days late!0

I still have at 3 or 4 needing to pay-out this month. Three turned up on the weekend, but nothing today. I will give them till the end of the week, then I will chase them up. Seeing as you said they said "upto 10 working days".0

Anybody else still waiting for dividends from end of May, or is it just me?0

Having also recently moved over from HL due to costs, I also have two funds awaiting payment from the end of May. I had chased up the payments as they were not showing in either HL or ii account.
One fund is now showing up with ii. I thought that this was initial teething problems due to the move and high volumes of others also swapping.
Maybe I am wrong. This is part of the reply:-
"I apologise for the delay in payment being paid to your account. We are currently experiencing high processing volumes for fund distributions however, we aim to have payments made to clients within 10 working days of us receiving the monies from our custodian.
If the payment is received by your previous provider, I can confirm that as the holdings are within an ISA then any dividend payments will be automatically forwarded to your account with Interactive Investor."
I was going to wait the 10 working days, that could be two weeks!! and see where we are. I assumed it would be paid on time once the funds had been transferred.
Sounds like another email to be made to confirm the actual dates expected on divi payments
Ever hopeful!!!0 -
After 10 working days I still had two that didn't pay, so I pushed them and they seemed to have paid it out, after I asked, but I suspect that wouldn't have happened, if I didn't push it.
It's interesting they said to you about the large amount of dividends to pay out, well this is likely to just get worse and worse, unless they hire more people, since they do everything manually. So I am guessing that 10 working days will soon become 15 days then 20 days etc.0 -
Just as a side note I spoke to HL about what happened to dividends paid to them, after you have done your transfer. And they said it doesn't happen automatically they do a sweep of account every 4 or 5 months! Which means unless you chase II to contact HL, it could be Christmas before you get your dividends!0
