Verified with Visa / Santander - stuck at old address

My Santander debit card, when it uses Verified By Visa, is stuck at my old address for verification.
I have raised the complaint twice with Santander, but just get the template email back that my address with Santander is correct.
They don't understand that it is the Verified By Visa that only works with my old postcode (I moved 2 years ago btw!).
Is there any way of contacting Verified By Visa to get this sorted directly?
Thanks

How is the address involved in Verified By Visa procedure?
When I am asked for a postcode which is then taken to the verified by visa page, I can only progress if I use my old postcode.
This differs from any other debit card usage when I can use my current postcode.
Thanks dzug1, can login here and see activity, but unfortunately cannot change my registered address here.
I wonder if my old address is on some legacy A+L system.0 -
I can't recall having been asked for my post code after the initial registration with VbV but I don't use it very frequently.
If you get a new card number if you report your card lost, it might be a good idea to just do that.0 -
Thanks Archi Bald, it seems that is the only way of properly resolving this, Santander don't seem to understand that they have the old A+L systems.
New card then registered with Santander VbV.0 -
Without any need to change your existing card, I wonder if cancelling your registration at the A & L link dzug1 gave and then registering at the Santander link:
https://www.securesuite.co.uk/santander/registration/welcome.jsp?partner=santander.visa
might work.
edit:
mmm, can't see option to cancel on the A & L linkbutterfly )i(0 -

Unfortunately the A+L link doesn't have an option to cancel the card link.
I can re-add the card, but it is still registered with A+L at the old address.
I can't register it at the Santander site.0 -
Oops, crossed with me editing my post. Is your card an old one that still has the A & L logo rather than a newer issued Santander one?butterfly )i(0
