So why didn't you check the airline price first?travelover0

I found a flight I wanted with Travel Trolley and thought to myself 'what can go wrong with booking just a flight?' Hmmmm Instead of leaving my desitnation at 5am and arriving home at 4pm the same day (with a 3hr stop-over) which is what was showing on the screen when I booked, I now have a 22 hour stop over and arrive at 10am the following moring when I am supposed to be back at work. I have tried to resove this issue with Travel Trolley who have been very polite, but very unhelpful throughout, and are now refusing to respond to my emails. I've never written a negative review on line, but feel others shoudl be aware what might happen if they book through travel trolley.0

Do you have proof (screenshot or confirmation email) of what you booked? If so, show it to the airline.
In any event, the airline may be able to resolve the problem if there is a spare seat on the earlier connecting flight.0 -

I'm think about a few weeks multi-centre in Sep/Oct to Bali, via a few days in Bangkok to start and end with.
I'm getting some great deals with Air Asia Go from Bangkok to Bali and also booking hotels with them.
But the prices of flights between London and Bangkok are putting me off a bit.

My sons travel was booked via Travel Trolley. He flew from the UK to Dubai, then from Dubai to Australia. The plane was delayed in \the UK by 2.5 hours, so he missed his connecting flight and had to spend 2 nights in Dubai before he could get another flight. Now his return etickets have been deleted and Travel Trolley are being less than helpful. Luckily we have another few weeks before we need to totally panic about him getting home. I would not recommend going with them at all.0

Totally agree with all the adverse comments. I am pursuing a claim for misrepresentation as condition about no date change was added after I purchased a flight ticket. This was not a case of not reading the fine print beforehand . TAP were prepared to change date with usual admin charge plus any fare increase if Travel Trolley agreed. They refused and I had to buy new ticket.0
