Esa suspension

My ESA has been suspended I'm awaiting a compliance officer interview any day now but does anyone know if all my other benefits will be suspended too? e.g child tax child benefit and DLA?? Please help as I'm worried sick!

Your DLA won't be affected as it is not means tested.
Your child tax credits won't be affected. (at the moment)
However, I did ask on your other thread whether the tax credits (and any other benefits) were joint or single claims but you didn't reply. This might make a difference in the future.0 -

Yes they think I'm still in a relationship with my ex husband,which couldn't be further from the truth. I wish I could go into more details but not on here but I can say this,we have documentation to prove we do not live as man and wife,thanks for taking the time to reply0

As I assume you are on income related ESA (means tested), it will be suspended, until they are satisfied that you meet the criteria (if you do, then you will receive any money owed to you).
DLA is not affected.
