I wondered this, too. It seems strange, as the card company does allow as many changes as the customer wants, for them just to start saying know while still advertising the service.
OP, are you moving it in such a way that you'll have stretched payments too far apart? Any day you want does not mean that you can just keep delaying them.
Definitely think this is the case.
Under a CCA agreement you are allowed 45 days (from memory) from the date you enter the contract to make your first payment and then monthly from that point on. As previously mentioned I suspect that you are now in effect 'missing' a months payment by constantly putting the date back all the time.
What is confusing to me is that with a credit card you always get x days from the statement to make your payment so it's very flexible within those days when you make the payment and should be ideal for you.0
