Please help making me ill

I received a parking fine from UKPC because I parked in a disabled parking space and was there exactly 15 mins, I am diabetic and unfortunately my medication makes me have upset stomach, I literally wasn't well in the car park so rushed to the toilet, but made a mess all down my legs. I came back and although I had left a note to explain what had happened I got a fine. I then received a letter asking for £90.00 I appealed online and also wrote a letter explaining the situation and also I have post thrombotic syndrome which makes me unable to walk without a stick. I never heard anything from the appeal only another this time threatening letter demanding £150 from Debt Recovery Agency, I rang them and they told me to ring UKPC which I did and got reffered back to DRA.
I am on ESA and have no means to pay £150 as I barely able to pay for food for my family, I know what I did was wrong but I did explain fully but to no joy. I now have received a letter stating I will be taken to court. Any advice please
I am also waiting on a decision from ATOS about Disability x

It's not a fine, it's an invoice and I suspect you should have ignored it.
The only parking fines you have to pay are those issued by the council.
I'm sure this will get moved to the parking tickets and fines section, where the folks know more about this stuff.“I may not agree with you, but I will defend to the death your right to make an a** of yourself.”

Never ignore if you are in England or Wales. That is the worst advice you could give anyone.
OP, read the Newbies thread in the parking ticket section. I'll pm Crabman and get him to move this thread there.0 -
Yes - You can stop worrying about this right now.
Get yourself into the Parking tickets forum and read the Newbies Sticky, then repost this in your own thread there. You have a clear case to initially make a strong complaint to the retailer ad get this cancelled. If they don't play ball, there is plenty more you can do after that.0 -
I suspect you should have ignored it.
This used to be good advice, but the law changed last October. As others have said, go to the parking sub-forum for the latest opinions on this.I used to think that good grammar is important, but now I know that good wine is importanter.0 -
The law changed in 2012 lol0
